Whittard Flagship store, Westfield Centre 2008. £0.2m
This project is a new concept flagship store for Whittard that is being copied abroad in the client’s new international development programme.

Isaac Newton Observatory, Sussex 2007 – current. £1.1m
This exceptional building was the largest purpose-built astronomical observatory in Europe but since the 1980s it has lain empty and plagued by deteriorating asbestos. This exciting conversion feasibility project carefully restores this iconic building for use as a multiuse centre with full public access and suitable for audiences of 200.
Bobsleigh, Luge & Curling Centre, Sheffield 2007 – 2008. £7m
This exciting new frozen indoor centre will be the only building of its type in Europe and the second in the world. Designed for the British Olympic team, it will provide a 120m long inclined start track on which our athletes can practice year round. Combined with curling lanes and an ice climbing wall, the centre will unite these winter sports under one roof and provide ancillary spaces for sports National Governing Bodies.

Windmill Restoration, Sussex 2001- 2006. £0.8m
This pioneering project for the restoration of the largest Post Mill in the UK at Windmill Hill involved the reconstruction of this Grade II* listed building. Timothy Crum provided interior design services in order to ensure that the building was accessible and produced a direct cost saving to the client of £25,000.
Wine Bar, London 2009 – current
Current competition for refurbishment.
Housing and Retail Development, Sussex 2007 – current. £1.5m
This complex brownfield site in the centre of the historic town of Battle incorporates a mixed use of retail, offices and residential elements on a disused garage site. The project involves careful phasing and detailing fine adjustments to this 400 year old listed building and will incorporate new terraced housing.
